really missing the dog...

This was our last picture with Moses before he went to his new family last June.



Look at that gorgeous green wall!! Our old kitchen. I am so tired of the beige walls in this rental house! When we own a house again we will be painting immediately!

a special bond

He watched her come into this world.



He helped cut her umbilical cord. (Wish I had a picture of his face when he was doing that. Priceless!)



Now he bathes her in kisses. She smiles at him.

Adoringly.



He can make her laugh.

She can make him laugh.



It's beautiful.



I hope they will always be close.

rush hour

Elijah has this great game called Rush Hour, Jr. that Jonah longs to play with too. He got it out one day when Elijah was gone. His version of playing with it is lining all the cars up on the board and then dumping them all over, which makes a fabulous noise. As I watched he started making some wonderful patterns, I was amazed. Look how they are all lined up the same way with the two firetrucks on one side and the two buses on the other. I only got one pattern on camera...gotta love that cheeky grin!
